The Client Relationship Consultancy Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

 This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, that you provide to us, or which we hold about you, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

 For the purpose of applicable data protection legislation (meaning, as each may apply to your use of the Site, the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation, including where and to the extent retained in the laws of England and Wales (the “GDPR”) and any legislation which implements any of them) the data controller is The Client Relationship Consultancy Limited of 6 Valentine Place, London SE1 8QH, UK.

 Please note that if we have entered into a separate contract for the provision of services to you or the company you work for then the data processing terms and privacy policy/notice provided as part of that arrangement will apply to any personal data that we process in connection with the provision of those services.

Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following personal data about you:

  1. Information that you provide to us through our website www.clientrelationship.com (the “Site”). This includes information provided to us via any contact or enquiry form on the Site or if you contact us in connection with any of our services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site.

  2. Your business contact information, such as your name, employer details, and/or your business email address or phone number. This may be information you have provided or made available to us when we have met or corresponded, publicly available information, (including information on LinkedIn or other professional networks), or information shared with us by our customer relationship management partners.

  3. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

  4. Details of your visits to the Site, the resources that you access, and how you access them. This may include information about the device you are using, how your device interacts with the Site (for example crashes and system activity), your search queries and information about your actual location at the time of using the Site.

  5. Information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns.

  6. If you follow a link from the Site to a third party service providers, we may receive information from the third parties about your use of those services.

These cookies are not shared with third parties other than our website developers as necessary for them to support and develop the Site.

We may also use these types of cookies to track the use of certain fonts that we sue on our Site. This would be part of the requirements of the licence that allows us to use these fonts. Such licences also require us to share this information with the company that licenses the font to us.

Analytical/performance cookies
These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the Site. This helps us to improve the way the Site works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. It also helps us understand which pages and services people are interested in so that we can decide how it is presented and what is offered.

Other third party cookies
You may see adverts for The Client Relationship Consultancy when you visit other websites. We allow third party companies to serve these advertisements on our behalf. We do not provide any personal information to these companies or third-party websites. However, these companies may set cookies during your visit to be used for remarketing purposes i.e. to show you different products and services based on what you appear to be interested in.

Currently, we work with Google Ads for this purpose and so we allow Google Ads to place their cookies when you visit our website. Their cookies let us monitor which adverts you see and interact with and allow Google Ads to apply personalised targeting technology and banners so that you see what’s most relevant to you based on what you appear to be interested in.

Disclosure of your information

  2. In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

  3. If The Client Relationship Consultancy Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its clients will be one of the transferred assets.

  4. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Client Relationship Consultancy Limited, our clients, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

 We make sure that we have appropriate data processing terms in place between us and the above third parties in order to be in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

 We also work closely with members of The Client Relationship Consultancy group and affiliates (entities where there is a significant element of shared ownership). In particular, where they provide resources to us or where we share resources with them which are necessary for the provision of our services, including making the Site available, or help us with the provision of our services generally.

Where we store and transfer your personal data
The data that we collect from you will generally be stored in the UK. If you are based outside the UK, whether that be in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or elsewhere in the world then your personal data will usually be transferred to the UK as that is necessary for the provision of our services. We will retain the personal data described above for as long as you use the Site and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete the information, please contact us using the details in the Contact section below and we will respond in a reasonable time and manner. Please note that we may also be required to retain certain information by law.

The Site may contain links to other websites, apps and resources provided by third parties. In addition, we make our service available for third parties to create products and services that are interoperable with our services. If you use any third party service which is interoperable with the Site or follow a link from the Site to any third party service, please note that they have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
